**Quality Inspector - Aviation** Ready to keep aircraft flying safely? Join our team as a **Quality Inspector** with an **A&P license** and make an impact from nose to tail! **What You'll Do** + Inspect government aircraft during upgrades and mods. + Verify structural and electrical work matches engineering drawings. + Ensure compliance with BOM, ADs, and Service Bulletins. + Complete airworthiness certifications and modification releases. + Perform weight & balance checks and review life-limited items. + Conduct First Article Inspections and brief flight crews. **What We're Looking For** + A&P license + 5+ years in aircraft quality inspection. + Repair station experience. + Strong blueprint and schematic interpretation skills. **Why You'll Love It** + Long-term opportunity with potential for direct hire. + Overtime available + career growth. + Work in a fast-paced hangar environment with a great team. **Dress Code:** Jeans, tee, steel-toed shoes. **Location:** 145 Repair Station. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Hagerstown, MD. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $48.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
