Ohla US is seeking results-driven Beauty Advisors to represent a premium hair care brand in retail stores. This weekend, in-store role is performance-focused and requires consistent achievement of sales targets. Ideal candidates are sales-oriented, knowledgeable about hair care and beauty retail, and capable of converting shopper interest into confirmed purchases.

• Key responsibilities
  • Deliver a minimum of 6 confirmed sales per shift while maintaining professional, brand-aligned in-store presence.
  • Proactively engage shoppers, conduct product demonstrations, provide personalized recommendations, and close sales with confidence.
  • Maintain product merchandising, pricing accuracy, and display standards within assigned retail locations.
  • Record daily activity and sales accurately using a mobile reporting app and submit timely reports.
  • Attend paid training sessions and follow brand guidelines for customer experience and product knowledge.
  • Travel to local retail stores as assigned; mileage and drive-time reimbursed.
• Qualifications
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding retail sales targets or quotas.
  • Experience or strong interest in hair care, beauty retail, cosmetology, or related fields.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport, educate customers, and close sales.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently during weekend shifts.
  • Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication.
• Schedule and compensation
  • Weekend shifts available (Friday through Sunday); pick-your-own schedule within available shifts.
  • Competitive pay structure: hourly base plus performance bonuses, with mileage and drive-time reimbursement.
