Our company utilizes modular construction, but we do have a large amount of site work to do once the modular home arrives on site. The work entailed with a modular home construction company can include but is not limited to interior home finish, drywall, baseboard, trim, laying flooring. Building the garage, porches, finishing the exterior of the home including siding the gable ends of the home. We would consider an applicant that is willing to perform the listed duties and who can be a reliable team player. Must be able to work within a 75-mile radius of Coldwater Michigan, show up on time, be dependable, self-motivated, and a hard worker. Local to Coldwater is preferred, but not required if you can meet the 75-mile radius for traveling and get to the shop in Coldwater at the designated start time. You must be trustworthy, willing to subject to a criminal background check, have a dependable vehicle, and valid driver’s license. You must be willing to be a 1099 subcontractor until we see that it is a good fit for both parties. At that time, we would consider putting you on pay roll and talking about the benefits we can offer you as a full-time employee.
