Role SummaryLead technical sourcing, commercial development, and industrialization of Rivian In-house Manufacturing Supply Chain, increasing internal manufacturing capabilities through smart, effective capex strategy creation and execution.
As a Lead Global Supply Manager, you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of the awarding of new business, developing strong supplier relationships, collaborating with legal and working side by side with our engineering counterparts to push the envelope of our technical requirements. You will also take the lead in making sure Rivian can meet its cost targets, and suppliers deliver to our aggressive timelines.
This role reports to Direct of Global Supply Management within the Capital Equipment Supply Chain group. This position will be based out of either our Palo Alto, CA; Irvine, CA or Atlanta, GA.
