The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, both issuing and receiving invoices, as well as handling various administrative tasks to support our office operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensure timely payment, and manage records of all transactions. 2. Receiving Invoices: Review and process incoming invoices from vendors, ensure accuracy, and maintain organized records. 3. Email Communication: Draft, send, and manage emails to clients, vendors, and internal staff. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally. 4. Employee Coordination: Assist in the recruitment process by finding and contacting potential employees, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. 5. Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus. - Proven experience in an office administrative role, preferably with invoicing responsibilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
