*MPIRE Technology Group, Inc*. is seeking several *Secure Communications Leads* to support our client *in Arlington, VA. *Candidate will provide program management support for our teams Secure Communication's portfolio. This includes Studio Video Teleconferencing (SVTC), Desktop VTC( DVTC) and Top Secret (TS) Voice over IP (VoIP) systems, hardware and software for our client within the National Capital Region but may include other external sites. *Responsibilities will include:* * Receive and coordinate response to approximately 300 end-user requests for SVTC services annually. * Responsible for Secure Communication Administration * Responsible for accountability and distribution of Secure Communications assets. * Ensure compliance and functionality of all Secure Communications devices. * Help replace assets are due to device failure and/or life-cycle refresh, as frequently as new assets are procured and delivered on-site, and as frequently as office move projects are executed. * Conduct Asset Management of over 1400 items on Secure Communications equipment inventory listing. * Provide support to customers for the day-to-day break fix issues with Secure Communications Studio VTCs, DVTCs and TS VoIPs * Maintain all internal and external, off-site room based SVTC, DVTC, and TS VoIP systems, hardware, and software of all classification enclaves to best ensure uninterrupted functionality * Conduct surveys of existing secure communications systems to determine present state of hardware/software; * Support end user Secure Desktop Video Teleconference * Document weekly activity issues and compile monthly report *Requirements:* * *Active Top Secret Clearance* * 2-5 years of demonstrated experience in IT support * Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Federal Government, Department of Defense or Intelligence Community * Experience as a Project lead or a Team Lead. * Experience defining processes and procedures; develop and implement strategy for team to meet program objectives and timelines. * Experience with ServiceNow * Ability to bend and lift equipment up to 50 pounds and engage in labor related duties of connecting computer and networking equipment * Able to Maintain budgets which includes cost of replacement systems and costs for long term program sustainment. * Able to Support approximately 700 end-user requests yearly for new services, break-fix issues, and system upgrades as frequent as daily. * Demonstrated knowledge of Defense Intelligence Agency SCI Voice Over IP (VOIP), * DIA Desktop Video Teleconference (DVTC) and unclassified phone deployments. * Experience troubleshooting and performing fault isolation to resolve system issues to include repairing, replacing, updating firmware, and loading system programming code. * Help replace assets are due to device failure and/or life-cycle refresh, as frequently as new assets are procured and delivered on-site, and as frequently as office move projects are executed. *Nice to have:* * Security+ Certifications * Experience supporting or managing a Property Asset Program * Familiar with BICES *Experience: *Mid-Level (5+ years) *Education: *BA/BS in computer science or related field 7 or more years of related experience and/or training *About Us:* MPIRE Technology Group Inc.
