About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor for Affiliate Organizational Management and Leadership. This role is pivotal in building and supporting programs that enhance organizational strength and resilience across the company's nationwide network of affiliates. Experience in organizational capacity-building and strategic planning is essential, as is a demonstrated values-based leadership style and the ability to build strong partnerships.
