3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants As a UX Designer, you will work with cross disciplinary teams to develop the meaningful UI/UX design, including the brainstorming, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and iterating based on research findings and documentation. Major Responsibilities:

Work with lead designers creating meaningful experiences by delivering UX, UI design from concept through to shipping products
Provide intuitive and creative solutions for complex design problems
Work effectively with other designers, UX researchers, program managers, and hardware and software engineers in a highly collaborative environment
Utilize design-thinking and user-centered approaches to communicate your design ideas effectively
Critically evaluate the success of your design and iterate for the best result to meet business goals
Document, organize, and share project plans to ensure effective coordination with cross-functional teams

Background, Experience& Qualifications:

4+ years experience of interaction and visual design
Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Preferred in related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Proficient in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Principle, Keynote/PPT) for creating visual artifacts and presentations
Skilled in concept ideation, wireframing, UI design, and hi-fi prototyping
Solid portfolio with creative design works
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for articulating design concepts to teams and stakeholders. Comfortable working in self-directed teams, navigating ambiguity, resolving conflicts, and adapting to agile, startup-like environments
Motion/animation skills are a plus
